10000 Liter Self Supporting Onion Tank For Military Applications

We need an offer for a bid of 10,000 liter water onion tank. One of our army clients asking to supply rubber water tanks, closed, 10,000 liter capacity, to use them for drinking water. The color is yellow. They will be used in desert on sand. Heavy duty material is required. The tanks should have two inner liners, made from PU and be good for the use of drinking water, resistant to weather, sun, ocean, saltwater, fine scratch and deep) and for cut and strength. The tank fabric should handle heat degree up to 70 degree tests, according to USA measures ASTM751.
