Above Ground Pillow Tank For Temporary Diesel Storage

I need an above ground pillow tank for temporary diesel storage during a hurricane event at a prison. Capacity approx 3,600 gallons.

The portable pillow tank could possibly be moved to another prison for the same purpose, or moved into a storage location. It would not be permanently installed at one location.

It will need to supply a large generator so not a special fitting is necessary but certainly a common one for fuel transfer. Also, it will probably be setting on the ground rather than a concrete slab.
