Can I use a portable tank for storing water in the crawl space to heat the water in the winter?

A visitor wanted to find out if portable collapsible tanks can be used for storing water in a crawl space of a house. His goal was to heat up the water with solar collectors to emit heat overnight in the winter.
The visitor also was curious to know if the tank needs to be empty out for repair and if he could do the repair himself. A concern was how the tank fabric would perform upper limits heat wise.
Our Portable Tank Group Tech Team informed him that we regularly manufacture custom portable tanks for crawl spaces. The option to repair the tank "in action" is depending on the size of the leak but to empty out the portable tank is always best. With the proper tank repair kit and depending on the leak type it can be fixed by the customer.
The tank fabric could be used with max contact constant of180 degrees fehr.
