Cistern Liner To Hang It To The Rafters Above The Cistern

I would like to purchase a cistern liner. The cistern is 8'6" wide, 5'6" long and 4' deep. I would prefer to hang the liner to the rafters about 2' above the cistern. Another option would be to use nail strips to attach to the top wall on one 8'6" side and nail strips on the other sides. What is the price and delivery time?
