The fabrics used to manufacture our pond liners, portable tanks and cistern tanks are FDA and NSF 61 compliant for potable water use. A rainwater harvesting system can be created using pumps and hoses to help harvest rainwater in a specific site or location.

The cistern pillow tank, WST58, with the dimensions you desire has a capacity of 1100 gallons (4000 liters). It is compatible with potable water (DOD Spec) and has a recommended contact time of up to seven (7) years. As a rainwater harvesting system, the cistern tank can be adapted to fit into a crawl space in commercial or residential buildings in a basement or directly outside exposed to the elements!

The pillow tank fabric is Reinforced Polymer Alloy (polyester scrim coated on both sides with PVC polymer) and is both NF61 approved and FDA compliant. These tanks have frequently been hooked up to various types of pumping or water control systems to collect, store, harvest, and reuse rainwater.
