How Much Would A Cistern Liner Cost?

We have an existing in ground cistern built ~100 years ago of brick, lined with concrete. Approximately 22' long, 13' wide, 15' high, all underground.

Can you build a liner for such a cistern, and what would it cost? Also, how would it be held/attached to the existing walls? Thanks!
