Need To Replace A Water Tank Liner

I need to replace a water tank liner. The new liner would need to be "food grade" as the client uses this tank as a source of drinking water. The tank has cement (cinder block) walls 50' by 12' by 5.5' high. It is located under a tiled veranda with a 32" by 32" opening in the floor for access. The liner would need to somehow fasten to the wall.

Please include estimated lifespan, and method of fastening. The last one failed because of the way it was fastened on the wall.

Do you sell a product that we can use to replace the liner and will not tear out?
