I am looking for a drinking water/potable water tank.

The tank should store about ten to twelve gallons of drinking water. The required dimensions are around 17 1/2" high, 20" wide and 20" and 20" long. It is going in a snow cone cart in the under storage compartment. How long does it take to manufacture the tank?
