In terms of tank capacity, Collapsible Water Tanks are made in standard sizes that range anywhere from 130 gallons (500 liters) to as many as 265,000 gallons (1 million liters). It should be noted that for our larger capacity tanks, embankment support is typically advised to help support the large weight of these tanks.

The material construction for these tanks is typically made based on the type of liquid you are storing inside the tank. For example, if you are intending to store drinking water inside your tank, these collapsible units would be made with an NSF 61 and FDA approved inner lining so the storage of this type of water would be safe.

Additional items that can be found on these tanks include fittings made from aluminum, stainless steel, or polypropylene. Standard sizes for these fittings range from 3/4" to 2" with available sizes from 4" to 6" that can be made upon request. Fitting types include camlock, storz, and threaded fittings to accommodate hoses and ball valves, pressure relief vents, and caps.

Optional items that can be included with your collapsible tank purchase or design include ports for cleaning and inspection, emergency plugs, repair kits, and pressure relief valves.
