FAQ: Can I put a liner in my irrigation pond to help it hold water better?

Question on a tank for irrigation pond: I dug a pond to hold irrigation water for my orchard. The pond will not hold water. I wonder if there is square or rectangle tank like a swimming pool except black poly that I could install that would work? It would have to be in the neighborhood of 20X20 or 20X30 and 5' deep to use with my system.

Unfortunately our largest poly tank will only be about 10,000 gallons and will feature a vertical design that allows for bulk water storage.
