DEF Tote Heater Blanket

We also offer DEF tote heater blankets for smaller DEF storage tanks. Our DEF fluid heaters keep fluid within the ideal temperature range for DEF at15ºF and 77ºF (-9ºC and 25ºC.) Designed with a rugged vinyl shell, our DEF tote heaters come as insulated, full-wrapped heaters with cinch straps, giving the tightest fit possible. All of our DEF tote heaters are water-resistant and used with poly or steel drums.

Our 275-gallon and 330-gallons DEF tote heaters are equipped with internal preset thermostats, operating with 120 volts and delivering up to 1440 watts of heating power. We offer two thermal rating classes: one to -20ºF, the other to -40ºF to maintain DEF fluid at its proper viscosity, even in the coldest temperatures!
