The gray water collapsible tank is designed for the storage of water items such as brine water, process water, gray water, and other non-potable water subastances. Built in capacities up to 210,000 gallons, these storage tanks have been widely used in industries such as oil, gas, and mining, construction sites, waste water treatment platns, and military opertations.


Collapsible Tank Information

The collapsible water tank is widely used for non-potable water storage and has been constructed using materials such as polyurethane, polymer alloy, and E PVC coated fabric. These materials are built to withstand outdoor factors and have UV resistance for long-term storage. These tanks have often been used in demanding conditions such as cold temperature climates, oilfield operations, and other industrial facilities.

Pillow tanks can be built with either a low or high visibility depending on your deployment or site requirements. Their construction is often built to meet the specific needs of your liquid.

Technical Specifications

Fabric: The fabric used for these pillow tanks can varying depending on your specific site conditions or liquid storage requirements. Typical fabric materials includes polyurethane, polymer alloy and E PVC coated fabric. These materials are designed for rigorous environments and can store non-potable materials.

Contact Time: When using a collapsible tank, this unit will typically be give a contact time depending on the type of strength of material used for your tank. Contact times range from 1 to 7 years and indicate the point in time in which your fabric may start to change based on weathering and chemical processes. This has no bearing on the longevitity of your tank.

Fittings: Standard fittings are built to accommodate hoses and include ball valves, pressure relief vents and caps. These fitting typically range from 3/4 to 2 inches (3/4" to 2") though larger sizes including 4 through 6 inches (4" through 6") are also available. Standard materials you will find being used for these fittings include aluminum, stainless steel, and polypropylene.
