FAQ: Are there tanks for agricultural use, such as fish farming?
Customer needed a tank for breeding fish with certain size dimensions. See how the open top frame tank can work for this type of application.
Question: I am looking for a tank for breeding fish with the size of
10" x 3" x 2" (L x W x H). Do you have this tank?
Answer: Thank you for contacting us! For breeding fish, one of the most frequent options is our Folding Frame Tank. This tank features an open top tank design that allows water and fish to be easily placed inside the tank. These tanks are built using some of our flexible fabrics and can be designed to different sizes and lengths to help fit your applications.
However, a majority of these folding frame tanks are in sizes much larger than the specifications you have mentioned. Typically these tanks can store anywhere from 500 to 5,000 gallons and are reusable and easy to move around. They could be a great way to breed a large amount of fish or to give these fish more room to swim around.
For a slightly smaller option, you could also check out our smaller Containment Tanks. While smaller in size, these tanks can still store a good portion of water and provide more than enough room for fish storage. These tanks come in an air wall, aluminum frame and steel model and all sit at a height of about 1 foot.
If any of these tanks seems like a good option for the the type of fish storage you require, please don't hesitate to give us a call or send us a price request form.
