Flexible Water Tanks
FAQ: Do you make circular pillow tanks with valve on top?
Question: I need a 21 foot circular pillow tank 1 to 2 feet high. It would need to have a top valve. The purpose of the tank would be to seal off a 20 foot diameter upright silo of forage on our dairy farm. The tank would sit in the silo and the edges would seal off oxygen from entering the forage underneath the bladder. Any possibility of you having such a product or other suggestions?
Answer: Thank you for contacting us! Unfortunately, creating a circular pillow tank is not something that we would typically be able to do. Tanks are designed to be rectangular and are not generally designed to be upright in their construction.

Tank Liner Options
Rather than using a circular water bladder, another option that you could consider is one of our Cistern Tank Liners. These liners designed in the exact size required to match your existing tank, allowing you to store water in your existing unit. Depending on your requirements, liners can be made from FDA and NSF 61 approved fabrics as needed to meet your drinking water or food-grade material options.
In order to develop the best flexible material option for your location, some additional information we may need to know includes the following:
- Silo Diameter and Height
- Required Storage Capacity
- Fittings, Valves or Piping the Liner needs to Fit Around
Once this information has been determined, we can successfully quote you on a tank that can fit into your silo to store water.
